Sensoril Ashwagandha – an Ayurvedic remedy that reduces fatigue, improves sleep, promotes normal functioning of the nervous system and muscle functions.

The remedy known to us as “Ashwagandha” appeared in India many centuries ago, but for a long time remained a local remedy that is only used by Ayurveda specialists.

Just a few years ago, traditional medicine drew attention to the beneficial properties of herbs from India and Sensoril Ashwagandha has become one of the most promising tools for stress relief. Now this tool is called “Indian Ginseng” for an endless list of useful properties.

Useful properties of sensoril ashwagandha

  • normalizes blood sugar levels
  • tones the body and relieves fatigue
  • stimulates testosterone production
  • improves the function of muscle tissue
  • lowers the cortisol level by up to 28%
  • lowers cholesterol levels by 10%
  • it is an antidepressant
  • increases sperm motility in men
  • it can be used for cancer prevention

Since Sensoril Ashwagandha affects testosterone levels, we do not recommend that women take this remedy. It can be considered a testosterone booster and used by athletes.

The opinion that ashwagandha is a “male herb” and affects potency is close to the truth. No real effect on increasing potency has been seen, but key male traits (those related to childbirth) are improving. We are talking about the production of sperm and its motility, which is necessary when planning a pregnancy.

Ashwagandha Churna is a remedy for men and should not be taken by women!

At the same time, American researchers have found that premenstrual pain is reduced and the cycle normalizes with prolonged use of the drug. This study was done on a dry extract, not the whole plant.

Historically, the remedy in Ayurveda was not used as a sedative and hypnotic, but as a means of rejuvenation (rasayana). In addition, the effects of light sedation, improvements in the nervous system, brain function, and memory were noted.

The increase in performance, the alleviation of tiredness and the stimulation of muscle work have made the remedy one of the most popular in Ayurveda.

Molecular research has shown the presence of natural antibiotics that inhibit the development of many types of dangerous bacteria. The drug can be used to treat ulcers and liver pathologies.

Ashwagandha for women

There are examples of the substance’s use in treating baldness in women, as well as improving memory in old age.

According to some studies, the substance is allowed after menopause and can improve overall health.

In India, the substance is recommended regardless of the patient’s gender and this practice is often found among specialists from other countries.

Modern medicine

The drug gained popularity after successfully passing clinical trials in the United States, England, and Italy.

Sensoril Ashwagandha has been used by homeopaths to normalize the hormonal background in men. Its high biological activity is shown on all organs of the body through phytosteroids, lignins and flavonoglicozida.

The main active ingredient are withanolide. Their name is derived from the Latin name of the Ashwagandha “Withania somnifera” (Withania somnifera).

The beneficial properties of vitanolides have been studied since 1965 when the anti-tumor effects of Acshista arborescens extract, in which they were contained, were first discovered. Further studies found similar effects with withaferin A, which is extracted from the leaves and roots of ashwagandha.

Another study (University of Pittsburgh) found that using 250 mg of the substance improved concentration by 76% and forgetfulness by 57%.

Research is currently underway into the use of ashwagandha extract to prevent Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.

Instructions for use

The course of the drug lasts two weeks and includes 600 mg of prem of the substance daily. Another reception is possible 7 days a month, after which there may be a hormonal imbalance in the direction of the male hormone testosterone.

Capsules are taken in 1 or 2 pieces, depending on the volume (see instructions on the package) and washed off with water.

How do I buy the right Ashwagandha?

There are several variations of the extract that differ in the amount of withanolides. The popular Sensoril extract contains 8% of the active ingredient and is made from the leaves and roots of the plant. And its competitor KSM-66 contains 5% of the substance and is made only from roots.

The shape of the substance also differs. So instead of buying the traditional white or gray extract (ashwagandha churna), you can buy a brown paste jam (ashwagandha rasayana), which can be more effective and to which the properties of an aphrodisiac are ascribed. This paste is made from churna powder with the addition of oil and honey.

The most popular manufacturers of the substance: Now Foods, Himalaya, Life Extension and Jarrow Formulas.

It is not recommended to use the drug for women, especially during pregnancy. A contraindication in Ayurveda is a high AMA, i.e. a large amount of waste products in the body. Capsules should not be taken by children under 14 years of age because of the effect they have on hormones.
